TRC was founded in 2005 by Shane Paffrath with one truck, hard work ethic, and a promise to treat every client’s home like his own. When you go with TRC you will be seeing Shane and his dog Bear very frequently from the start to the finish of your Roofing or Concrete Project. Shane is a Kellam highschool graduate who has been around building and development from a very young age. With two grandparents building and developing in the Tidewater Area and growing up in Sandbridge, Shane was destined to build.
