RECO Roofing

I had a rather difficult roof re-shingled Aug/04. Jan/05 we had a thaw and my kitchen was leaking like crazy! I called the contractor and was told nothing could be done till spring. Spring/05, after several calls through the spring and into the summer, it was supposed to be repaired.
