Mallard Properties Services, LLC is a licensed general contractor specializing in residential and commercial remodeling and new construction. I also have an engineering license and can evaluate structural issues and can make and write specifications for repairs. I have been in business since 1986 and have successfully completed many contracted construction projects in all areas including residential, commercial and insurance repairs.
We also can do the Electrical, HVAC and Plumbing work and be responsible to manage the complete construction project. We work with our own employees and can be ready to respond to a customer on short notice if needed.
