OUR HISTORY

Aetna Roofing Corporation was founded in 1968 as a small commercial roofing company performing built-up roofing, slate, shingles & window installation for commercial clients. The current building where Aetna is still located was purchased and has expanded to include offices, warehouses, storage areas, equipment parking as well as the ability to receive tractor-trailers for material deliveries. Through hard work and dedication, the business grew steadily and took on larger and more difficult projects.

What started out as a few person shop has emerged into one of the largest commercial roofing contractors in the region with over 80 employees. Aetna Roofing Corporation enjoys a solid exceptional working relationship with the regions multiple roofing and sheet metal unions including Local 30, Local 4, Local 10 and Local 8 covering the NJ, PA, Delaware, Maryland and the NY area.
