All Phase Guttering was started in 1980 by Tim Rose. Having been a gutter hanger himself, Tim wanted to start a full-service gutter company that stood behind its products & workmanship. That’s still being reflected today with over 40 years of continued business & thousands of satisfied customers.All Phase Guttering is locally owned & operated right here in Nashville serving the middle Tennessee area. Due to our commitment to excellence, we’ve maintained an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau, a 4.9 star Google rating and a 5 Star rating with Service Magic Pros. We’re also members of the Home Builders Association of Middle Tennessee. We offer FREE, no-hassle estimates to our customers. We don’t use hard, pressure-closing sales tactics to entice people to do business with us. We treat every customer with the utmost respect and every home with care as if it were our own.

Johanna Suttles

Office AdministratorJohanna graduated with her MBA from Lipscomb University. She has worked for All Phase Guttering for six years. She is also a fan of lists and is genuinely happy to come to work every day to help the office run as it should. Johanna enjoys keeping up with her kiddos and her dog Lucy, hanging out with her husband, cooking, traveling and reading.
Why she loves working for All Phase Guttering: “Gutters may not sound exciting but they are so necessary for customers to maintain the value of their home. It is wonderful to come to work every day and work with great people who want to do their best for customers who need us. That’s the definition of a perfect job!”

Karen Flatt

Bookkeeper/Office ManagerKaren, a Franklin, Tennessee, native has been with All Phase Guttering for 15 years. She has 31 years of experience in bookkeeping with a speciality in cash management and accounting. She enjoys loving on her grandbabies, spending time with family and friends, and live music. Why she loves working at All Phase Guttering: “I have never worked at such a family-oriented company and they have made me feel like family. It is so great to work at a place that values both their employees and customers.”

Kendra Lozano

Office AssistantKendra graduated from Lipscomb University this past year and is our office assistant extraordinaire. She is a huge fan of lists and is great at helping our customers with all their gutter needs when they call. Kendra enjoys reading, writing and tea.

Chuck Ettinger

Operations ManagerChuck graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree from Harding University and has worked for All Phase Guttering for 12 years. Over the last 12 years with the company, Chuck’s roles have included sales, managing the install schedule, communicating with customers and contractors, ordering needed job materials, and helping prepare the crews for each day. He enjoys spending time with his family, watching movies, playing sports, life group at church, and connecting with others.

Nathan Rose

Installation ManagerNathan has been at All Phase Guttering for almost 20 years. He is in charge of all crews and he is our master craftsman with copper and all our speciality guttering. Nathan loves working outside, building with his hands and designing.

Jason Young

Sales ManagerJason is a graduate of the University of Texas and is originally from Plano, Texas. He has extensive experience in sales including 14 years with Caterpillar. He is a dog lover, has three children, enjoys golf and fishing, and football season will find him in the stands supporting his son who plays under the Friday night lights.
