Richard Grogan, the founder of All Pro Roofing, learned his business sense and integrity from his dad in their East Texas small town grocery store. The training began at age ten when Richard and his brother started mowing lawns for some pocket change. He then partnered with his brother and began building houses. This started his over 35 years in the construction industry.
Richard started his own family business in 1992 with All Pro Roofing. His daughter Michelle began working in the office at the age of 15. Upon his retirement last year, his daughter Michelle took the company. He has passed on this family business to her to continue to the commitment of honesty, integrity and quality service to this community.
Michelle took over the company along with her husband Greg. Her brother Ripley serves in the sales department. Danny has been a part of the All Pro family for over 10 years. It is important to All Pro Roofing that it stays a family owned business.
