Our Founder, Mark Franz, has extensive experience in all types of commercial and residential roofing, stemming from his affiliation as an Operations and Facilities Manager at several Fortune 500 companies, including Progressive Insurance, New England Mutual Life Insurance and Sun Life Assurance Company of Canada. He was in charge of many commercial construction projects for these companies.

In addition to roofing, Mark is personally accomplished in all phases of construction including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, flooring products and HVAC, which gives us the knowledge and expertise to seamlessly integrate our roofing systems into the overall plans for your new building or the existing components of your current property.

Mark is a long-time Austin resident and graduated from the University of Texas at Austin before spending 20 years working for the aforementioned companies. Being local, our reputation and credibility are our most valuable assets – nothing is more important to us. As a result, we’ve been a member of the Austin Better Business Bureau for over 13 years and have maintained an A+ rating throughout our affiliation.
