About Canei Roofing

In 1972, Canei Roofing and Construction was started as a family-run roofing company. Formerly known as C&C Associate Roofing and Remodeling, Canei Roofing has completed both residential and commercial roofing projects, as well as contracting for repairs and remodeling homes. As a strong local business, Canei has served Columbus for 48 years.

ROBERT CANEI
Founder & Member

Robert Canei attended the University of Memphis in 1964 where he received a full scholarship for football. He graduated in 1968 with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA). After moving to Ohio in 1971, he graduated from Wright State University with a master’s degree in Business Communication. In 1972, Bob started C&C Associates as a family contracting company. Robert worked as an entrepreneur as well as an educator and a student. While teaching, Bob completed a dissertation focusing on adult vocational education and business. In 1976, he earned a ED.D from the University of Cincinnati. Bob continued to run Canei and Canei Associates with his son, Todd Canei until retirement.

TODD CANEI
President & Member

Todd grew up in Columbus Ohio and graduated from Upper Arlington High School.  Later, Todd attended the Ohio State University where he received a bachelor’s degree in Finance. Since graduating college in 1994, Todd has assisted in the business development and growth on Canei Roofing, as the company became an LLC in 2004.
