• Estimators

Our estimators are not in “sales.” They simply provide you with the details of the condition of your roof and the best solution for any issues. They will arrive in a clean truck clearly marked with the Frank’s Roofing logo and will be easily identifiable in his/her uniform. You can count on them to arrive for your appointment(s) and your communications will never go unanswered.

• Administration

You’ll find our administrative staff to be well-organized, knowledgeable, and friendly.  They have a good working knowledge of roofing procedures and can answer most questions. Our staff are cross-trained so in most cases, your call may not even need to be transferred.  Honest and timely communication between the staff and customers is key to developing a good relationship with our customers. They work closely with your estimator, material suppliers, and building officials to keep you up-to-date on every aspect of your project.

• Installation

When it comes to installation, our roofing installers are the driving force of our team. Frank’s Roofing employs each and every one of them. This means you will not have day laborers installing your roofing materials or making you roofing repairs. We are proud to say our lead installer has been with us for 21 years and the newest installer 3 years. They have a fine-tuned system in place and they work efficiently as a team.  They are all covered by our Workers Compensation insurance. They will arrive in a clean truck provided by us and clearly marked with the Frank’s Roofing logo.  They will be prepared, neat, and safe. We dependably clean up our work sites every day and at the end of every job for your safety and satisfaction. We keep a strict drug-free workplace.

• Management

We believe education and accountability are key factors to quality workmanship and a positive workplace.  For this reason, we have a team of skilled management staff to oversee field operations and administrative employees.  With 20 years of dedicated service at Frank’s Roofing, our General Manager can offer resolutions based on first-hand knowledge and experience in the roofing industry.
