If you contact us because you believe you have hail damage, one of our employees will schedule a time to come out and inspect your roof. If damage to your roof is found, then you will be told to contact your insurance agent and communicate to them that you have damage to your roof.
The insurance company will assign an adjuster to come out and look at your roof to confirm the damage report. At this point, the adjuster will either approve or deny your claim. If you are approved, then we will guide you through the process with the insurance company you use. We have been in business for over two decades so we are familiar with the different procedures required by each.
If your adjuster comes out and denies your roofing claim, then it is your right as the homeowner to request a second inspection, and almost always, it’s performed by another adjuster. If this happens, then we will come out when the second adjuster is scheduled and point out the roofing damage we have found to him or her.
