Randall’s Rubberized Roofing

Most people do not realize that a flat roof is a two-part system. Felt paper and tar are your water barriers, and white elastomeric is your sun barrier. The sun barrier protects your water barrier from the intense sunlight. Unfortunately, most flat roofers treat a leaking flat roof with elastomeric only. They never repair the water barrier!

In order to properly coat your flat roof, we start at the top of the parapet wall. Then all cracks in the top of the wall will get patched with rubber cement. House paint does not seal the stucco, which is why we will then coat the top of the wall. This eliminates frost damage, and prevents any leaks in the wall.
