Bob Hernacki, the owner and founder of Redmond Roofing (RR), has gathered a team of professionals, including his wife Barbara, whose accounting background has been paramount to building the company. Sales Manager, Dale Kaminski’s roofing background and many years of service to RR provides expertise in accurately bidding and providing technical roofing expertise unsurpassed in the industry. Repair Manager, Rochelle Black excels at scheduling and organizing our repair team.

What sets our business apart from other roofing companies, is our commitment to those roofing your home. We have two production crews and a dedicated repair team that work year-round for us. Our crews are not seasonal workers, they are full time RR employees with; medical benefits, vacation time, sick leave, and incentive pay. RR provides our crews ongoing industry training, regular safety training and support.

In addition – any subcontractors we use on our projects are highly experienced professionals with the same dedication as our own employees. The strong relationships  we’ve developed with these “ subs”  enhance our ability to serve you.
