Revere Roofing
History:
Revere Roofing was founded in March of 1997 by two brothers, Matthew and Isaac White. At the time, Matthew was a senior and Isaac was a sophomore in high school. When the construction company they both worked for went out of business, they pulled $1,000 together and bought a ladder, compressor, and one roofing gun. After the first summer, Matthew decided to attend college in Washington State but returned home during the summers to help run the business. In 2000, Matthew sold his share of the company to Isaac, opting to stay in Washington year round. While Isaac attended Indiana-Purdue University, he continued to grow the business. After graduating with a BS in Business Marketing and Entrepreneurship, Isaac returned home and began to diversify and build a company that was capable of handling all forms of roofing & exterior remodeling.
As we approach our 23rd anniversary, Revere Roofing focuses on commercial and residential roofing, gutter and sheet metal fabrication. The roofing division performs shingle, standing seam, wood shake, slate, steel shingle, composite, TPO, PVC and EPDM roofing projects. Our gutter division installs aluminum 5” and 6” seamless gutter and zinc, galvanized and copper in 5” and 6” half round. Our sheet metal fabrication division can customize commercial and residential metal roof systems, flashings, trim and copings. The combination of these divisions allows Revere Roofing to provide customers with one company that can handle all of their roofing, gutter and specialized sheet metal needs for their home or building.

Isaac White – President and Owner
1997
I understand the unique challenges that property owners encounter when making a large financial investment on their roof. My philosophy is simple; listen to our customers’ needs and then present solutions with options to which allows them to make an educated decision free of stress and pressure. At Revere Roofing, we prove that by hiring knowledgeable and talented people in our industry and aligning ourselves with credible manufacturers to provide our customers with the best workmanship and roofing solutions in our community. This is what separates us from our competition.
I’m a creative and highly competitive person who enjoys relaxing with my family and friends. I enjoy hunting, fishing, gardening, landscaping and playing sports, especially volleyball or anything that involves staying active outdoors including a new sport popular in the springtime called competitive mulch moving.

Presently, I’m having an awesome time focusing on the growth at Revere Roofing Company. This includes the development of our people and culture, our new business opportunities and our sales and marketing strategies. The keys to our success are our talented people who are committed to doing the job right, the first time without exception.
I am competitive in nature. When I’m not at work, you will find me spending time with my wife of 15 years and my 3 boys , or in the kitchen creating culinary masterpieces (or as we say in the south, c o o k i n g), watching movies- without subtitles, watching any sport that is fast paced and yes, NASCAR is a sport, singing and working on my comedic abilities. I have been known to accomplish all of these simultaneously with the creation of the most marveled 21st century devise known to mankind- the TV remote.
Mary Ann Van Hoose – Business Manager

Celebrating 8 years this July with Revere Roofing Company, I have enjoyed the challenge of learning the ins and outs of the roofing business. It is amazing to think of all the steps involved with making sure you have a good roof over your head!! The guys I work with are so dedicated and knowledgeable that I know I can ask them anything and they can figure out how to fix it!!
My family and my faith are the keystones of my life. My husband of 29 years and our 3 daughters and 1 granddaughter spend a lot of time watching, coaching and playing volleyball!! The girls like to call me the “volleyball mom” because I am always on the hunt for ribbon to make hair bows and skimming Pinterest for fun ideas for team gifts. I am the eternal DIY enthusiast! It is so much fun and satisfying to make something yourself!! I have tons of ideas for projects that I just can never find time to do!!!
Jonathan White – Sales Manager and Estimator

Revere Roofing Company gives me the opportunity to meet a lot of great people -and do a lot of driving. I work hard to understand the issues our clients are facing with their roofs and discover what is most important to them. I like to focus on what we can do to improve the efficiency and longevity of their roof systems, which will save them money over the long haul. It’s about listening (which I admit is sometimes a struggle– I’m a talker) to our client’s and helping them understand all their options.
I spend lots of time in our family garden with my kids teaching them about plants, bugs, vegetables (did I mention I also like to eat) and it’s the best way to keep the rabbits, skunks, groundhogs and raccoons out. I also really like to mow the lawn—its 40 minutes of uninterrupted white noise. I’m at my best when I’m hanging out with friends and family at a backyard cookout, classic rock in the background, and a trash-talking cornhole tournament in progress.
Wade Ferrell – Operations Manager

I enjoy building relationships with our customers and having the opportunity to learn and grow in several roles over the last 14 years. The knowledge and experience I have gained allows me to meet any challenge in the field. It’s rewarding for me to know that our customers’ needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.
I enjoy spending time with my wife and dogs. You will also find me on a softball field, up in a tree stand, on a boat or on a golf course having fun!
Ryan O’Rourke – Production Manager

I am dedicated to getting your job completed safely, to perfection and in a timely manner. My team is knowledgeable and experienced to accomplish any commercial or residential roofing, sheet metal or insulation project. There’s no project that’s too difficult.
In my leisure time I enjoy spending time with my family. I enjoy coaching softball, football and spending time outdoors fishing and hunting.
