LONG AND SOLID HISTORY

As president of Complete Quality Roofing, Co., DBA: Revildor, Luis F. Quevedo is a licensed roofing contractor in the State of Florida with more than 20 years’ experience in the construction industry. Luis has held multiple roles. Luis is also a State certified home inspector and has conducted more than 2,000 commercial and residential inspections throughout the State of Florida. Luis also has many years of experience in business development in the insurance industry, where he and his wife Diana Bolivar ran a successful business helping residential and commercial clients with their insurance claims after the hurricanes of 2004 and 2005. Prior to Revildor, Luis worked at the Orange County Property Appraiser Office as an Exemptions Compliance Investigator and later became a residential, as well as commercial field appraiser. Luis is actively involved in his community and is on the board of directors for The Florida Roofing and Sheet Metal Contractors Association (FRSA).  The FRSA’s purpose is to foster and encourage a high standard of business ethics among its members and to inform the general public of the importance of doing business with competent and ethical firms. Luis prides himself in transparency and high ethical standards for the entire team.  He educates the consumer on best roofing practices and is an advocate for the customer every step of the way.  Each roof, each home, each client is treated as if it was his family.

Diana Bolivar is the vice president for Revildor. As vice president for the roofing construction company, Revildor, Diana oversees all aspects of the business, including operations, marketing and business development.  Diana enjoys working alongside her husband, Luis. Diana enjoys working alongside her husband, Luis.  One of her most fulfilling aspects of the business is helping consumers understand the construction industry in Florida, buyer-beware tips, and helping customers make important decisions with one of their most valuable investments, their home. Diana continues to be engaged in her community.  She is a graduate of Leadership Florida, Leadership Seminole and Leadership Orlando.  She serves on several boards and committees, in Central Florida, including Valencia Community College, Dr. Shugart’s advisory committee.

We are a certified roofing contractor based in Orlando servicing Central Florida. Other certifications and training are wind mitigation certification, Xactimate Estimate Software, Certified Florida Home Inspector, Certified Florida Evaluator (CFE) International Association of Assessing Officers (IAAO) Fundamentals of Real Property Appraiser, Income Approach to Valuation, Appraisal of Land, and Assessment Administration.
