I give Roof Doctors a five star review only because I can’t give them a 10 star review. Dylan Cunningham was here immediately upon our call. He answered all of our questions and explained the whole process in terms that we could understand. Not only did he meet but he exceeded all of our expectations. Consistently, he went far above anyone we have used in the past- and we have put more than a few roofs on in our time as homeowners. Dylan also was extremely efficient in dealing directly with our insurance company and working as a professional liaison between all three parties. Ryan Brody was the supervisor in charge of the roofing crew. Ryan did an excellent job as well and when the job was interrupted by thunderstorm, he made sure our roof was protected until the next day when they came back and completed the job. Our roof could’ve been done in one day otherwise. Henry was the person on the roof that oversaw the crew in their work. I cannot say enough about Henry and his crew. They were very professional- they did the work in a very timely manner and did not cut corners. The best thing was hearing them laugh and have a great time while they were working on a roof where the temperature definitely exceeded 110°. Everyone on the crew was very friendly and answered my questions directly in terms that I could understand. All in all Roof Doctors went above and beyond in many areas including the quality of workmanship, protecting our home as they did the work, and doing all of this quicker than we expected. I would urge everyone to give them an opportunity should they need any roof repairs whatsoever. Should we need another roof, they will be the first and the last that we call. We have the most beautiful roof in our neighborhood (we may be a tad bit biased)!

I have needed a new roof ever since I purchased my property. The last straw was when I came home to find shingles all in the yard after a storm. I called a local roofing company to come give me an estimate. I was not expecting to get the roof replaced, I just wanted to see if it could be repaired. Rex, the Roof Doctors agent, went on my roof and made several marks and measurements on the roof. He kept telling me that he saw enough damage for grounds for a new roof replacement by my insurance company. I was very skeptical. He continued to make marks and mentioned again that he believed I qualified for a new roof. A few hours later he completed his measurements and sent the findings to my insurance company. The insurance agreed with all the findings and granted me a new roof. Roof Doctors, LLC did exceptional work on the roof replacement. They laid out tarps to protect the landscaping and hauled off every bit of debris and nails. Roof Doctors, LLC did exceptional work and the customer service was perfect. I will definitely refer them to anyone who is any need or roof installation!

When my roof needed to be replaced, I researched many roofers in the area, and had several companies provide inspections and quotes. Rex was extremely thorough during his initial inspection, provided detailed information about what needed to be done, and gave an estimate that ended up being within $200 of the final invoice. My house is old and quirky, and it had some unexpected issues, but Rex worked with me throughout the entire process to find solutions and get the roof finished. He even called to check in while he was on vacation. Ryan, Henry and the rest of the crew were super efficient, all very friendly, and had a large roof with two layers of shingles stripped within two hours, damaged wood removed and replaced, and new shingles installed within eight hours. They use the best quality materials, and they know what they’re doing. I would never think of hiring any other roofer. If you have roof issues, save yourself some time and start with Rex and Roof Doctors. They’re the best. You won’t be disappointed!

Rex, Ryan and the rest of the crew did a great job from start to finish. They communicated with me throughout the process. From start to finish it only took 3 weeks. The roof was completely replaced in one day. They even came back and corrected a minor issue in my attic. I will use them again (hopefully not for a while).

Let me begin this review by saying Mike Suddoth was great. He came to my home for an estimate on a leak and was very professional, friendly and informative. He emailed me a repair estimate by the end of the day, as he said he would. Now while he was great, the customer service department at this office could use more training. After receiving the emailed estimate, I contacted the office about scheduling the repair and was told I would first need to reply to the email, accepting the work order. I thought that was strange since I was agreeing when I called to ask to schedule the repair, but I assume this is their way of me “signing” the agreement. So I did. And then I waited. Obviously when you experience a roof leak it is a very urgent matter since, well, there’s water leaking into your home. And I understand the high demand, given Tennessee’s recent unpredictable wet weather and companies may be unable to complete work orders until 2-3 weeks after the estimate. I get it. What I do not understand is that even after emailing my agreement, there was no follow up until I called today to ask to schedule the work and was told I would receive an email with a date on Friday–IF I’m included in that “batch” of work orders. It made absolutely no sense. I’m expected to wait for a date that I may or may not be available for? And one that may or may not come this Friday? In any case, I canceled the repair request, opting instead to go with a more accommodating company.

I believe your main complaint is about the customer service you received from our coordinators, poor communication, and our scheduling process. With all of the rain we have had in the past weeks, it has been hard to give definitive work dates but we will continue to work hard to make this experience better for our customers. Roof Doctors installed our new architectural shingle and standing seam roof and it looks fantastic. We replaced our bay window roofing with fresh copper and all the gutters are half-round, which look fantastic. The changes have really improved the look and curb-appeal of our home and the crew worked hard and cleaned up well. We were very pleased with Dustin’s communications and the time he spent looking at our house and talking us through ideas and options. He pays very close attention to detail and when he inspected the roof after the job was done he found some minor angles and fittings he wasn’t pleased with and had them redone. He treated it like it was his own home. Thrilled with the results, especially the front porch metal roofing and the gutters – these make a big difference in the look of the house and have gotten a lot of praise from other contractors and from friends. Highly recommended.

Roof Doctors did great work on my house installing a new roof, gutters and fascia. Pat was very easy to coordinate with and very helpful. He even noticed that we had been overcharged for materials and personally gave us a refund check for almost $1600! I would definitely recommend them

The guys at Roof Doctors are great! I am new to the Nashville area and didn’t know who to call but had seen them advertised. I took a chance on calling them and I’m glad I did. The guys came out and provided a free inspection. They identified a problem area and fixed it on the spot. Same day service! They care about their customers and their company reputation. Cody patiently worked with the insurance company and got me a new roof. He arranged to provide all the details the insurance company required and was present when the assessor did the inspection. Cody went the extra mile even though he did not have to. The roof work done was exception. The worker’s on the roof worked over 12 hours that day in the heat and their attention to details was evident. The put new shingles, insulation, attic fans and gutter. Early next day they did a through inspection and cleaned up old shingles, nails and other roof debris. Overall excellent workmanship, highly recommend roof doctors .

I contacted Cody looking to replace my roof expected to pay completely out of pocket. He stopped by for the quote and explained that my home owners insurance would cover some of the cost. He made himself available to meet with the insurance claims adjuster and collaborate on the estimate. All told, Cody saved me money out of pocket, got the work on the schedule very quick and stayed on contact with me throughout the process. Couldn’t be happier with the outcome.

Roof Doctors did an excellent job with my roof install. Pat Malone & Garrett Spitler were great to work with and handled the communication with my insurance company. They were patient and helpful with picking out materials and roof colors. They had a cancellation and were able to install my roof within a few days. So far so good. Great sales experience Eric could answer our questions and offer suggestions. The roof crew was respectful of our property and very prompt! Also, the repair crew came out on a Sunday to fix a leak very fast. We are waiting on the gutter crew, but we’re on the schedule and expect good things from them.

They came and fixed the rear section of the house fairly quick. They forgot the front which was in the contract back in February. I contacted them a month later reminding them of incomplete work. They still didn’t come out. I contacted Sarah and Eric at the company both saying they’ll get someone out to fix it. Not a month later they call asking for payment saying the work was complete. They also sent the first and final notice of payment due. I contacted Eric again to resolve the issue. I asked if it was ok to pay and here it is July and ghosted. I have all the text messages, photos, and contract for supporting documentation. I should not have to constantly check behind a company to do their job. I would not recommend Roof Doctors to anyone.

I called for a roof inspection prior to buying my house cause there was one spot that really concerned me. He said that he would trust it for another couple years due to the condition of the shingles and the pitch of the roof. We finally received a good rain storm and the roof is leaking. Luckily I caught it before any other damages happened to the ceiling in my daughter’s bedroom. Didn’t really know what he was talking about I guess.

Good thing you caught the roof leak in time! It was my understanding from the information you gave me that the previous owner had pressure washed the roof. I indicated that this could definitely have been the cause of the water infiltration. Since you didn’t own the home yet I did not write up a repair ticket. Best of luck to you !
