I moved to Wilmington, after attending Broughton High School, to attend the University of North Carolina at Wilmington where I met my wife “Jen”. She and I have 2 children that we are very proud of. I grew up doing miscellaneous tasks during the summers, and during breaks in college, with relatives who bought residential properties. Their strategy was to buy at the best price possible, that would bring in a steady rental income. They would buy a property, update it to attract a long-term tenant that was proud to live there and retain them for many years. I was hands-on with many neat projects throughout the years. I was always fascinated with, the idea, the problem solving, the implementation, and the satisfaction upon completion. I am dedicated to providing a finished product that people are proud of.
