I had a hard time getting the insurance company to understand all the problems my roof had, TNE came out and met with the insurance representative, I was able to get the roof approved! I had to be patient since this process was during monsoon season, but once they came out to do our roof, it went quickly. Cornel was able to answer all my questions and guide us through the process, we are happy with our new roof!
