Tri-County Roofing by S.E. Spicer is a Florida-based corporation, bonded through Contractor’s Reporting Service.  We are active members of the Pinellas County Contractors Association.  Sharon Spicer is former President of the Association.  Our company officers and managers have a “hands on” supervisory capacity on every job site to insure correct installation of roofing and proper safety measures. Together we manage work crews of 8-15 men and one gutter and sheet metal division.  Tri-County Roofing By S.E. Spicer Inc. holds a City of St. Petersburg Small Business Enterprise Certification and is a member of the Pinellas Park Chamber of Commerce.  It is also Better Business Bureau and Home Advisor approved
