Cover Landscaping, Pools, And Valuables To Protect From Damage
Remove Existing Roof System And Inspect Decking
Install Ice/Water barrier in all valleys and roof to wall connections
Install Synthetic Underlayment Across The Field Of The Roof.

Remove Existing Drip Edge & Install New 2” Pre-Finished Drip Edge Around The Perimeter.
Install Manufactured Starter Strip Around Perimeter Of The Roof.
Install Custom Flashings To Roof To Walls & Chimney.
Nail shingles with 6 nails to wood substrate

Install shingles to all hips and ridges
Install ventilation according to manufacturer’s specifications
Thoroughly clean jobsite of all roof debris and run magnet rakes in grass and driveway
Complete final walkthrough with homeowner to ensure project was completed to your satisfaction

Underdog Roofing, LLC is also able to offer a 15 year (non prorated) warranty on labor and materials through IKO.
