Willoughby Roofing & Sheet Metal Inc is a family owned business with roots dating back to 1946. At the beginning, the company was known as Willoughby Construction Company and was founded by O.M. Willoughby. O.M. started by developing one of Cullman, AL first residential subdivisions, building commercial warehouses, commercial retail buildings across the Southeast, and commercial Roofing. In 1981, Willoughby Roofing and Sheet Metal Inc, was established and has grown to one of the top commercial roofers in Alabama and currently has operations in every neighboring state, along with 3 satellite offices. Willoughby Roofing is licensed, bonded, and insured to install for all roof systems.

Currently, Willoughby Roofing is able to work in the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Mississippi, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Vermont, Virginia, DC, and Wyoming. Our owner, Van Willoughby, has served on the Board of Directors of the Boys and Girls Youth Ranches of Alabama for over 20 years and donates to the cause each year from the earnings of Willoughby Roofing.
